The Organic Africa Pavilion

The Organic Africa Pavilion (OAP) offers a unique opportunity for exporters to gain visibility at the largest international organic trade fair: BioFach. Since 2016, the Pavilion has created business and investments by portraying Africa as a unique organic, sustainable, and high-quality supplier.

The BioTrade Asia Pavilion

Biodiversity is vital to the livelihoods of communities; to enhance sustainable production and sourcing, the BioTrade Asia Pavilion was born.

How Did it All Start?

2014

The Organic Africa Pavilion is Born.

To facilitate access to markets for honey producers in Ethiopia, the Organic Africa Pavilion is born.

2017

The Organic Africa Pavilion Strengthens.

Fifteen suppliers from Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mozambique and Zimbabwe exhibit their high-quality products: from exciting and innovative products such as baobab, 

2019

The Organic Africa Pavilion Breaks Record.

Twenty-two exhibitors at our largest Organic Africa Pavilion met with almost 1,100 business leads. The pavilion include exhibitors from Madagascar, South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Namibia and Mozambique. Both Botswana and the Comoros make their debut at BioFach.

2021

BioTrade Asia Pavilion is Born.

At BioFach eSpecial 2021, the BAP was created to offer the best of the sustainable Southeast Asia products.

2024

Continuous Growth.

The OAP and BAP become a reference for exporters and importers alike. A new initiative, ReGen55, is born with the aim of supporting and creating regenerative business for regenerative products. 

I believe it’s good to be grouped with other African producers as potential customers will often come to the pavilion solely interested in what Africa has to offer.
