The countdown for the BioTrade Asia Digital Pavilion has officially started!
We are happy to share that the countdown to ProFounds BioTrade Asia Pavilion at BioFach eSpecial 2021 officially started!
This year, Europe’s largest organic fair will be held digitally and we will join with two digital pavilions: the BioTrade Asia Pavilion and the Organic Africa Pavilion. Read this article to learn what the new BioTrade Asia Pavilion is all about, who the co-exhbitors of the Pavilion are and what you can expect at BioFach eSpecial 2021.
A brief story about the pavilion
Loss of biodiversity is a worldwide threat. However, in Southeast Asia deforestation rates are critically endangering the region’s biodiversity. This region houses six of the world’s 25 biodiversity hotspots.
Biodiversity is vital to the livelihoods of communities. The sustainable use of biodiversity resources is important for both long-term economic development and the future of our planet. Biodiverse ecosystems also provide water and soil retention and pollination.
This is why BioTrade development is key in this region and why ProFound has decided to organise the BioTrade Asia Pavilion. ProFound’s expertise in BioTrade development in Southeast Asia, in addition to its wide network of buyers makes it a reliable partner to support Asian companies in promoting their products at BioFach.

What to expect from the BioTrade Asia Pavilion at BioFach eSpecial
Between 17 and 19 February ProFound will host the BioTrade Asia Pavilion. Visit our digital pavilion and get to know these companies through our company presentations webinar or to engage directly with them via a video-call. A ProFound consultant will be available to answer all your questions and to help you engage with any of these companies. On the pavilion you will find pictures and videos of the products, company profiles and brochures. We will also host a series of webinars on BioTrade.
