During BioFach 2020, the Organic Africa Pavilion hosted 22 companies and organisations representing more than 17 African countries. We are very happy that our exhibitors evaluated two thirds of our their business leads as important. Export development project in Indonesia for natural ingredients

CBI (the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries) recently launched its new export development project in Indonesia. In this project CBI cooperates with the German Import Promotion Desk (IPD) and the Indonesian Ministry of Industry. From 13-16 February, the 22 exhibitors at our largest Organic Africa Pavilion yet met with almost 1,100 business leads. The pavilion included exhibitors from Madagascar, South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Namibia and Mozambique. Nepalese and Tunisian essential and vegetable oils big hit at in-cosmetics

At and around in-cosmetics, we’ve supported three companies from Nepal and Tunisia to meet potential buyers. These companies are part of the programmes of the Import Promotion Desk in these countries. Training Tunisian producers – How to access the European cosmetics market?

Dissemination seminar in Tunisia: Olive Oil and the German market

Commissioned by the GIZ project Initiative pour la Promotion des Filières Agricoles (IPFA) in Tunisia, Gustavo Ferro landed in Tunis for the Olive Oil Day. He disseminated the main results  of a tailored study on the German market for olive oil and composed the panel of experts. Exporting ingredients and fresh foods to Germany
